Canton, Ohio is a city found in Stark County, and it also serves as the county seat. This city is located about 24 miles south of Akron and about 60 miles south of Cleveland. As of 2010, the population of Canton was just over 73,000 residents, and although this indicated a nearly 10% decline in the previous 10 years, it is still the 8th largest city in the state by population.
